*Turkish-speaking guiding & assistance services are provided during airport transfers and the panoramic city tour included in the program.

*The panoramic city tours specified in the program are designed to provide a general introduction to the cities. They are conducted panoramically with commentary from the guide while travelling by vehicle, last a maximum of 2–3 hours, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites.

*Türkmen Life Turizm cannot be held responsible if panoramic tours or other tours specified in the program cannot be operated due to closures imposed by local authorities, road closures caused by events, or weather conditions that make the tour impossible.

*Optional tours specified in the program are operated subject to sufficient participation. If sufficient participation is not reached, prices may change. The guide may change the days of optional tours provided that their content remains the same.

Cancellation Policy

Guests are entitled to cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the tour departure date.

If sufficient participation for the tour cannot be reached, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure date. In such a case, guests will be informed of the cancellation.

Türkmen Life Turizm accepts no responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly with the hotel or airline supplier. In such cases, the Cancellation Conditions set out in Article 7 of the Package Tour Agreement shall apply.

Visa

*No visa is required for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye.

*Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

*Your passport must have at least 6 blank pages for entry and exit stamps at customs and border crossings. Having obtained a visa, or holding a passport that does not require a visa, does not guarantee entry to or exit from a country. Border authorities retain the right to refuse entry or departure. Our agency accepts no responsibility in this regard.

*Travel is not permitted with torn, damaged or otherwise defaced passports.

*If visiting a country that requires a visa from Turkish citizens, a valid visa issued for that country must be present in your valid passport.

*Guests who are not Turkish citizens, or who hold dual citizenship and intend to travel using their other passport, must personally consult the relevant consulate regarding the visa requirements applicable to the passport they will use. Our agency accepts no responsibility for any adverse consequences arising from this matter.

*Guests under the age of 18 travelling with only one parent must obtain a notarized consent letter from the parent who is not travelling.

*The advertised price of the tour program is subject to progressive pricing as bookings are received.

*Your airline tickets must be kept with your travel voucher throughout the journey. Failure to carry these documents may cause difficulties when entering the country. Türkmen Life Turizm accepts no responsibility in this regard.

*Excursions or tours that cannot be visited or operated for any reason due to restrictions imposed by local authorities will not take place. Our agency cannot be held responsible for such cancellations. The city tour specified in the program will be panoramic, and entrance fees to archaeological sites or museums are not included unless otherwise stated.

*Optional tours are operated subject to the minimum number of participants determined by the tour leader. If participation is below the required number, optional tours may still operate at an increased price. The tour leader may change the days of optional tours according to the flow of the program. Optional tours may not operate due to weather conditions.

*Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

*Your passport must have at least 6 blank pages for entry and exit stamps at customs and border crossings. Holding a visa or a visa-exempt passport does not guarantee entry or exit. Important Notes About Accommodation:

*The hotel(s) specified in the tour program are listed as "or similar". The final hotel will be determined by the Tour Operator and communicated no later than 48 hours before the tour departure date.

*Hotel check-in is at 14:00 / 15:00 local time and check-out is at 11:00 / 12:00.

*Hotels may request a deposit from your credit card at check-in to cover possible incidental expenses.

*Bed type cannot be guaranteed and is allocated according to hotel availability.

*For Triple or 2 Adults + 1 Child reservations, the bed provided for the third guest or child may not offer the comfort of a standard fixed bed. A smaller fold-out or rollaway bed may be provided.

*For group accommodation, hotels may serve breakfast in a separate room instead of the main restaurant and may set special breakfast hours for the group. Breakfast may be served as a limited menu in accordance with the local culture of the destination country.

Important Notes About Airline Tickets:

*Airline tickets are issued according to the first name/surname, date of birth, Turkish ID number where applicable, and passport details shown in the passport. Our agency accepts no responsibility for problems arising from incorrectly provided information.

*Guests must be at the specified airport at least 3 hours before departure.

*Guests are responsible for completing online check-in themselves starting 24 hours before departure. They may use the seat assigned by the airline or, subject to availability, select a seat in advance by paying the applicable additional fee. Some airlines do not permit online check-in or advance seat selection for group tickets. In such cases, seat requests should be made to the check-in counter staff when baggage is dropped off, subject to availability.

*Please contact us for availability and pricing for airlines offering domestic connecting flights.

*If guests purchase their own domestic connecting flight and a delay causes them to miss the international flight, our agency accepts no responsibility. To avoid inconvenience in the event of tour cancellation or changes to flight dates/times, we recommend purchasing domestic tickets that allow penalty-free cancellation or changes. Otherwise, our agency accepts no responsibility.

*Some airlines apply sequential ticketing rules. If the outbound flight is not used, the return flight may automatically be cancelled by the airline.

*Airlines reserve the right to change flight dates and times and may also change baggage rules without prior notice to the agency or passengers.

*Guests wishing to travel in Business Class must have their tickets separated from the group reservation. If requested at least 20 days before departure, a price may be offered subject to flight availability. Individual ticket conditions will apply to guests who accept the offer, and cancellation or amendment requests may be non-refundable.

*Baggage allowances on domestic/international flights operated by local airlines may vary. Checked baggage may be subject to an additional fee.

*Guests who purchase their own airline tickets and join only the land portion of the group tour may be unable to join the transfer and city tour if their flight times differ from those of the group. Transportation between the airport and hotel is the guest's responsibility.

DAY 1 | ISTANBUL → URGENCH → KHIVA: A Fairytale Beginning

·         Morning: Arrival at Urgench Airport at 06:50 and transfer to Khiva (Ichan Kala). Early hotel check-in and breakfast.

·         Discovery: Explore the labyrinthine streets of UNESCO-listed Ichan Kala, Kalta Minor, Juma Mosque and the Pahlavon Mahmud Mausoleum.

·         Evening: Sunset among the historic city walls and welcome dinner.

·         Accommodation: Khiva

DAY 2 | THROUGH THE DESERT INTO HISTORY: Journey to Bukhara

·         Journey: Depart Khiva and travel across the Kyzylkum Desert to ancient Bukhara by private vehicle.

·         Highlight: Stop along the banks of the Amu Darya, one of Central Asia's largest rivers.

·         Evening: Arrival in Bukhara, hotel check-in and free time.

DAY 3 | CAPITAL OF SPIRITUAL HERITAGE: Full-Day Bukhara

·         Visits: Ark Fortress, Poi Kalon Complex (Kalon Minaret and Mosque), and Mir-i Arab Madrasa.

·         Culture: Lyabi-Hauz Square, Samanid Mausoleum and centuries-old domed bazaars (Toqi).

·         Spiritual Stop: Visit to the Bahauddin Naqshband Complex.

DAY 4 | ALONG THE SILK ROAD: Samarkand

·         Transfer: Morning transfer from Bukhara to Samarkand by high-speed train or private vehicle.

·         Visits: Gur-e Amir Mausoleum (the tomb of Amir Timur) and Registan Square, one of the world's most magnificent squares.

·         Evening: Experience the enchanting atmosphere of Samarkand illuminated at night.

DAY 5 | FROM THE PEARL OF THE EAST TO THE CAPITAL

·         Discovery: Bibi-Khanym Mosque, the turquoise-tiled Shah-i-Zinda necropolis and the famous Siyob Bazaar.

·         High-Speed Train: Comfortable afternoon journey to the capital, Tashkent, aboard the Afrosiyob train.

DAY 6 | THE MODERN AND HISTORIC CAPITAL: Tashkent

·         City Tour: Hazrati Imam Complex, home to the historic Qur'an traditionally associated with the era of Caliph Uthman.

·         Market & Art: The vast domed Chorsu Bazaar and Tashkent Metro stations renowned for their art-gallery-like interiors.

·         Modern City: Independence Square and Amir Temur Square.

DAY 7 | FINAL MOMENTS & FAREWELL

·         Morning: Breakfast at the hotel and free time for last-minute shopping.

·         Transfer: Transfer to Tashkent Airport at 12:30.
